The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise specified. jlj2 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Withdrawals. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit, subject to jlj2's verification and anti-money laundering procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are as specified in the Cashier section of the Platform. jlj2 may require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on jlj2 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless explicitly stated otherwise. jlj2 is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences charged by your payment provider.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. jlj2 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). jlj2 reserves the right to request documentation of the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal, and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
5.1 General. jlj2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and contribution rates are disclosed in the relevant promotion's terms.
5.3 Abuse. jlj2 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing wagers in a pattern designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or colluding with other players. Any determination of bonus abuse is at jlj2's sole discretion.
5.4 Modification. jlj2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional programme at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players under existing promotions.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on jlj2 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the displayed game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically address the matter at issue.
6.2 Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or system error, jlj2 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the applicable stake amounts to player accounts. jlj2's decision in respect of any disputed game outcome resulting from a technical malfunction is final.
6.3 Fairness. All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on jlj2 use certified random number generation technology independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers under their own regulatory frameworks. jlj2 does not manipulate game outcomes.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights are granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without jlj2's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlj2 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities; (c) damages arising from your reliance on information obtained through the Platform; or (d) damages arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data.
jlj2's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to jlj2 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jlj2's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by jlj2's gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 By jlj2. jlj2 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close your account and terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or business reasons. In cases of termination for cause, jlj2 may withhold account balances pending investigation.
11.2 By Player. You may close your jlj2 account at any time by contacting jlj2 support. Prior to closing your account, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be assessed. Withdrawable balances in your account will be processed in accordance with jlj2's standard withdrawal procedures.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licences and permissions granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including Sections 7, 9, 10, and 12.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jlj2 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice from either party, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR as the applicable licensing and regulatory authority for jlj2's Philippine operations.
jlj2 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of jlj2 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.2.
